The King of Fighters 99
Even though I'm not fond of the "striker" system that was introduced on King of Fighters 99, I believe it's one of the best King of Fighters for the Neo Geo. The backgrounds are very beautiful and I like the plot. I also like the characters K', Maxima, Whip, and Jhun, which were introduced on this game.
